So.... Daylon had NEVER seen a waterfall! How does that happen to people...oh wait you are born and live in Texas...thats how. Anyway I've been telling him for a long time that I was going to take him to see a waterfall and was determined to this last trip to Colorado. So on the way home to Texas from Del Norte.....we stopped by Zapata Falls. And it is NOT on the way it was like 2 hours out of the way but well worth it. The Falls were frozen but still beautiful.

Aha! I'm here on your blog Chavez, and now I'm going to tell everyone that you passed up like 41 waterfalls on the way from Del Norte to the fricken SAND DUNES just to show Daylon a waterfall that...what a you needed a waterfall that started with a 'z'? Do you need a map of the Valley? Here's a tip, go to google and type in TOM TOM for DUM DUM. ahhaaa! THIS IS SO MUCH FUN. I never thought it was that cool to make fun of disadvantaged people but this is a fricken blast!
Trips to visit your amazing sister and her family in the great town of DAL NORTE are always worth it!!!!! Don't worry about Ky and his waterfall directions, he hasn't been to "the valley" for so long he wouldn't know how to find a waterfall at all!
